  Protein Deficiency and Malnutrition Terms almost as commonly used as breathe, live and let live! Unfortunate? Yes… The polluted environment we live in today, our unhealthy food patterns, adulterated milk, vegetables with pesticides and cell radiation are some of the reasons to making us victims of a delicate immune system.  The shrill ring of the telephone shook me up from my reverie. Still groggy,  I walked across to the other end of the room to answer the call. On the other end, I heard my college buddy and best friend, Swe's familiar voice, "J," she screamed with excitement and with none of the formalities of a conversation. Ellora Caves. Tugged in the Western ghats of basalt cliffs are these numerous caves beautifully carved showcasing the religious harmony which existed in the ancient India.The caves are of Buddhism,Hinduism and Jainism sects made by the Rulers between 600 to 1000 CE.My interest particularly rested in the Kailash temple made in the shape of a Chariot. It is a Shiva temple with carving of most Hindu Gods/Goddesses giving great importance to Shaktism (worshiping of Feminine energy). My Prana got locked on the Huge Lakshmi form which is present right at the entrance.Even till today I can feel the reverberance of Ma,Devi,Maharagini.
